(新手一問)燜雞翼要幾耐先入味呀?



  • 岩岩開始學煮野食,
    之前炒下菜咁都冇咩難度,
    今次想挑戰下薯仔燜雞翼,
    想搜集下大家既食譜,
    最好唔好咁難啦…
    我新手黎咖咋...

  • 煎煎d薯仔先,

    <br>佢地一變金黃色就起,
    <br>跟住爆香蔥,洋蔥,蒜同薑,
    <br>放番d薯仔雞翼落去,
    <br>加老抽,酒,生抽,蠔油同水,
    <br>跟住等到咁上下放粒冰糖,
    <br>攪掂

    <br>不過會用濃湯寶燜,
    <br>skip左d調味,
    <br>如果你唔係太重口味既話連醃雞翼都唔駛,
    <br>真係好簡單,
    <br>你可以跟佢個食譜煮,
    <br>應該冇咩難度,
    <br>新手都OK

    <br>我鍾意用玫瑰露,
    <br>雖然幾十蚊得細細支真係幾貴..
    <br>但落左香好多!
    <br>樓主可以試下喔!
    <br>仲有,記得煮雞翼之前要落薑飛水!

    <br>唔係味精,
    <br>所以我相信就應該唔會影響健康既,
    <br>用佢都係因為佢方便同好味姐,
    <br>唔駛花咁多時間去調味,
    <br>岩我呢d懶人

    <br>少左好多時間可以鑽研煮野食,
    <br>用呢d可以易d煮得好食,
    <br>又唔駛預早醃野,
    <br>其實又真係幾方便既,
    <br>不過我都係一時時用,
    <br>有時會想試下自己調味功力heehee~~~
