If I go and live abroad I would be considered thin, in hk I'm fat, lol.
And I love food. :(
I like salads too with dressing, I don't eat rice everyday, sometimes pasta or potatoes.

my ex-gf used to take 瀉藥 after dinner, becoz she couldnt resist the yummy food in hk. i was like.. whats the point lol
her waist was 26, it's perfectly fine for me. but she felt she was chubby...

hahaha, all figures are not reliable indeed, it really depends on overall body shape. you are not going to say a big guy with 180 got 140 lbs is fit? (well....should be under nutr. already)

Maybe go on a seafood diet, cut all the carbs. Was going to try the Atkins diet, dunno, lol.
