點樣先減到肥又唔反彈?!



  • 我發覺減肥唔係最難,最難係減完唔反彈呀!!!大家有冇同感?!
    同埋有冇人去過Elyze減肥?!因為我join左佢個free trial,但未去,如果佢真係減到肥我打算真係join佢個course呀

    有同感,因為好多時你減完,食番野你就會反彈架喇


    Elyze係瘦身中心黎架,我都有報佢個free trial呀,因為見有朋友之前去佢度減肥真係減到,同埋難得地冇反彈

    我表姐話Elyze個consaultant同佢講身體上有某D地方係易肥,同時亦最難減


    所以當你減到O個度就可以好快瘦到身


    同埋佢話Elyze係唔使食藥,而且靠做機同埋低GI飲食
