I normally will do both; lying on the beach and swim for a while, but of course depends on the weather is like la .... today should not be too cold. Do you also like hiking ? The trail near Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung area is quite good and it should not be too diffcult for ladies.

Basically, it is the Maclehose Trail No.6, where you get off near the Kowloon Reservoir and walk along the path towards Shing Mun Reservoir, then you can catch mini bus back to MTR. You can see a lot of wild monkeys along the way so its quite fun. Hope this is helpful. Cheers.
