我打算寄thank you letter, 有冇人可以幫我睇下



  • 以前我覺得thank you letter 好無謂, 但我上星期四見了一份工, 我真的好想做, 我想進這間公司好久了。

    我對自己interview的表現都有60-70分, 我同一日之內做完1st in , 2nd in 見了部門主管 跟她們說話既時候很輕鬆, 她們一點都不嚴肅, 常向我展露笑容,但我不敢確定,這是否對我表現滿意的笑容。



    時間 : 1月6日

    職位 : customer service

    工作經驗: 8年



    我們提及到我的優點與弱點時,(英文作答) 我說我有時比較emotional,但我會找方法釋放自己,而且打算找關於EQ的課程報讀。

    提及離職原因,我說我想轉換新環境,而且在舊公司每日面對complaint 令人壓力大了,就是這兩個point,我覺得自己說錯了,我正在應徵的職位, 不就是一樣要處理complaint嗎 ?



    我想寫thank you letter,順便再回應以上兩點, 希望可以clarify,令她們對我改觀 。



    這一兩天我都有點神不守舍, 一直留意電話 ,於是我想send這封thank you letter,, 希望盡最後機會, 多謝各位。

    May I take this opportunity to thank Mr. X (Human Resource Department) and ms y (Customer Service Department) for the interview at your company on 6th January afternoon on the position of Cusromer Service Officer. In the interview, I have got a chance to know more about XXX company and have an overview of the job function.





    During our conversation, we discussed the strength and weakness of me. Although I found myself sometimes emotional owing to facing negative comments from customers and it may be the reason for leaving (current employer). I am confident that changing a new working environment shall give me a chance to refresh myself and the outgoing nature of the job function can relieve the stress resulted from daily complaint handling. Moreover, I believe that my problem solving skills obtained from the past experiences certainly have prepared me well for this position.





    Thank you again for taking time to share with me your views and details about this position. It would be a great challenge if I have a chance to work at (XXX company) and I look forward to hearing from you very soon.

    或許你在interview提及離職的原因過於誠實表述


    但這也是你另一個優點!誠實面對


    你很清楚知道自己缺點在哪裡~也提出可能的解決方案


    我想~在你的立場~你能做的都做了


    剩下的~就是放寬心





    如果你不介意~或許聊聊當天面試的時候兩位主管的態度和感覺


    再來看看信中有哪些要修正的~或許會客觀一點

  • I understand your points in paragraph 2 but it's better not to remind them of the negative things you'd mentioned.



  • Also, the job nature itself is not outgoing, you are the one who needs to be outgoing for the job.

    to 2cents, 由於該工作是間中有outing的,所以我認為工作的外向的性質可以balance到office裡處理compaint的壓力,這點我在interview裡都有提及。


    我也想過刪除"owing to facing negative comments from customers " 這一句, 但在interview我卻有提及過這是我離職的原因。
