  • Where did you get this, you sure it's a proper menu? I don't think I can finish the ribeye steak after the King prawn cocktail and the steamed lobster. What do they serve as table wine, bordeaux or burgundy? Macallan Sherry Oak 18yrs as dessert wine is fine. By the way, what about dessert?







  • I would pick a bottle of Burgundy Chardonnay to go with the King prawn cocktail and steamed lobster instead of Ch. d'Esclans Esclans Rose 2008, but then the price will be much more expensive. It's strange that it doen't mention which wine they will serve along with the ribeye steak. Linginue Carbonnara is kind of heavy, you sure you can finish it too?

    It's not a proper menu but wrote in somewhere by a guy who think it's a perfect menu, and not allow to get any challenge.





    Known that you are an expert who know a lot about that and thus ask for your opinion.



  • I am sure that there are lot of problems about this so called professional menu, but not knowledgeable to make a full judgement on it.



  • I think the menu writer and this menu aim to show off how expert he is and how enjoyable using money, but not the food itself and any delicious.

    The guy who made up this menu probably never attended a decent dinner at a 5-star hotel. The chef who prepares this kind of menu will definitely get himself fired. It's a menu for a 200lbs big fellow and not for a lady like you.













  • Make it simple, I think it's just a menu to show off to the idiots.



  • I don't know him but I don't think a well-educated, subtle and well-mannered gentleman will show such a menu to his date to impress her.
