我好懶做運動, 但又想減肥



  • 我最怕就係做運動, 做到又流汗又累, 好辛苦, 仲有又唔係點減到..

    咁我又唔想再肥下去, 因為出黎做野, 成日坐, 我由100磅去到120磅, 真係唔想再咁樣~

    最後我用左個懶人修身法, 唔駛4個月就減曬20磅, 仲好精神靚靚tim~

    各懶人唔想做運動又減到, 不如add我傾下計丫~
