想問下我的個案 : 有關居屋升值潛力~~~希望可以為我解答



  • 我本身同老公供緊一層私人樓大約4年,

    我地打算賣左出去再去買居屋住,

    更打算居屋要3房,

    我心目中係藍田康栢苑,

    但見到地產單張, 三房而家都要190萬或以上,

    我擔心如果買左一間, 價錢要成200萬的話,

    數年後, 我怕居屋未必會咁升好多,

    到時再賣時, 其實會蝕.



    或者我係師奶仔一名,

    想問下大家意見 :



    三房賣到190萬的話, 買得過定係租算數 ???

  • U are so lucky....





    U had a house at this moment, U may plan and reckon when will U sell it.





    When U sell it at a relative high price, U may wait property price drop and buy other.





    If U buy 居屋, U just want to have bigger area.





    DO not imagine it will raise 2 much ( of course, it will grow up)
