有無人識煮紫蘿炒雞片 ar? 我男朋友生日,我想煮俾佢食 ar





  • 紫羅 = 子薑, 即係子薑炒雞,但我平時煮係煮開子薑炆鴨,用柱候醬炒的,唔知你想用乜野醬料炒呢?我的用法如下:





    做法 :


    1. 子薑刮去皮,切薄片,然後用多d鹽醃,起碼醃一小時或以上,


    然後用水沖洗子薑的鹽份及o查乾水份,要o查到好乾.





    2. 以白鑊(即唔使落油)烘乾子薑,待子薑烘至稍為乾身,畢起備用.





    3. 落油,以蒜頭開鑊,加柱候醬爆一爆,然後加入雞件炒勻.





    4. 加少少老抽,生抽,糖及少少水冚蓋焗一陣,加入子薑片,





    5. 炒勻,及收乾少少汁料,可下鹽調味.










  • 蘿=pineapple





    So you may put some pineapple cubes to enrich sweet and sour flavour.
