you have to eat carbohydrates too, at least a little so you have something to digest.
You should drink more water and eat more fruits.
I am also on diet now. I eat a banana and drink plenty of water in the morning, follow by boiled vege with chicken breast for lunch and dinner. If hungry, I will eat an apple.
I lost 7kg in 6 weeks, so I think you will lose weight as well. Keep your hard work!
