hawaii is a great place. i've only been to honolulu a couple of times, but i'd love to live there one day. summer all year round... and fresh air...

I know there's a lot of Japanese 3rd genaration & vietnamese there....some Chinese people too but the chinese restaurant sxxks there. lol. However, those Japanese restaurant have good quality. Haha..my favour Island is Maui Island & Big Island, u must go if you have chance !!!

surfing everyday sounds really good wor... i've never been to the other islands beside the main one. was planning to go earlier this year but it didn't work out.

i guess it's the same anywhere, if you want good chinese food, better go to where the chinese are. i never go to those chinese restaurants outside of chineses communities. same boring menu for gwailo: sweet and sour chicken, hot and sour soup, kungpao beef, etc... i'm glad i live in LA.

LA has many good place to go, like Hollywood, Disney & not far from Las Vegas....you can find local tour when you get there. They have tour go everyday ^^

abc: we are 天各一方 wor... hahaha. NYC is very similar to HK in some ways, don't you think? it's a bit stink in the summer time, though.

lazy: LA is still a bit cool right now. you need a jacket at night. so you coming alone? where'll you be staying, and what you want to do?

easy: Yes , been in NYC for long, really want to move out. Getting tired of big city. Hope someday I can settle in country side hahaha

I've been living in LA and Pennsylvania... worked for a summer in North Carolina, and now ended up back in the west coast (not california) again.

I mean HK is fun, but US is not that bad as well, at least I can't snowboard that often in HK haha

Zero, don't get me wrong, I like the life in US but the bore feeling is come from my inside...not relate to what I do ( I been travel to many place too ). I just feel it's hard to meet new friends since we all need work & rest over weekend >.< Wow you like Snowboard too ?? NICE !!!! But you live in west wor...hard to find snow mountain. IMy other dream trip is to visit Rocky Mountain this year hahaha

I can totally relate to many of you when it comes to feeling bored. Even though I've been living in the US for 18 yrs now and am still kind of enjoying my life here, but sometimes, especially when I am down, I feel like just quitting everything and move to HK or Japan to start a new chapter. It just seems like something is missing in my life. Or simply because I need more excitment. But that kind of thoughts usually fade away very quickly when reality strikes.

It's not the right time for me to make the move yet. So instead of thinking about it all the time, I just relax and have fun and enjoy the good things California has to offer...

easy, let's move to Japan now !!! I'm with you 100% hahahaha

NY chinatown ( Manhattan ) is very quiet now. We now have 3 chinatown now. Brooklyn, Flushing & Elmhurst. Also New Jersey got so many chinese area too now. They don't need to drive into NYC for shopping anymore ^^

Yeah, Japanese food is so yummy. Healthy too. And you get to live a hundred years old.

I stayed in Flushing last time I went to NY. The hotel we stayed at was actually a love hotel. So many 外賣 coming in and out... crazy!
