some multivatimin for pregnancy also contains folic acid. i think folic acid is just folic acid, many green vegetables contains folic acid. It is good for baby's brain development and avoid back bone illness for the baby. i am now 5mths pregnant la...are u preparing to produce a "gold pig" baby?

any big brand should be trustable. just make sure it has at least 400mcg or folic acid before you're pregnant and lat least 800mcg after you're pregnant to prevent the neural tube defect.
