i have rice noodle cup. instant one.

As I am busy at work, always work late...and live by myself..so I always dine out all the time

Venice, that's exactly my case. Fast food, noodles and tea restaurants all the time..

why simple meal for the past 3 months?

if i eat alone, i always prefer quick meals.

as i had to eat alone, simple or quick meal match me.

some time bread, noodle, rice, cereal. i'll try to eat more vegetables from now.

venice, yes i understand it fully. I always need to OT, and just don't have the appetite after work. so usually I just go home for a quick one.

lonely, i live by myself and that means no gf/wife. how about you?

i did enjoy living alone sometimes, but had to get used of this livng condition. i almost no much time to "kill", mostly have things to do at work, at study or home's.

i'm not on die, i'm not slim. Vegetable are less calories & lots of vitamins, good for health.

noodleman, i think i had already used to it. everyone have to live alone one day too. i had to sleep, have things to do early in morning. talk to you if you are still here the other day.
