Homemade Bread
自家飽餅新鮮，熱辣辣出爐，鬆軟可口，兩款不同口味，超好味。
香煎鵝肝伴焦糖無花果配砵酒汁
法國鵝肝嫩滑甘香，與帶有淡淡甜味的砵酒汁配合得天衣無縫；巴西無花果大大隻，清甜中滲透著無花果獨有的香味，配上脂肪分佈均勻的煎鵝肝，不錯不錯。
法式啤梨湯伴三文魚他他
之前完全未試過這種食法，好奇問一問，才知功夫繁多！啤梨要先炒香加上雞湯烹煮再打成湯，再加入以青檸汁、橄欖油、黑椒等調味的挪威鮮三文魚，濃濃果香與三文魚的甘香形成強烈對比，甜中有鮮，鮮中見甜，三文魚夠嫩，十分醒胃。
燒牛仔柳伴青豆蓉配火箭菜汁
牛仔柳有8安士，肉味濃，夠Juicy；法式青豆蓉的清爽又為牛仔柳帶來不一樣的清新；火箭菜沙律伴以意大利油醋汁，很清爽；一小杯的意式火箭菜汁，可淨飲，又可「點」牛柳，帶黠蜜糖的甜蜜，很情人節Feel。
龍蝦海鮮鍋
大鍋得嚇死人，地道法國菜式，龍蝦啖啖肉，還有海蝦、鮮帶子、花蛤，湯底熬得夠香夠濃，吃得出有茴香、洋蔥、磨菇及大蒜等蔬菜的味道，滋味無比，另外還有Rouille醬法國包，配在一起吃認真風味一流。
甜蜜二重奏
已經飽到吃不吃，但仍試了小口，自家製特濃芝士蛋糕及比利時朱古力咖啡蛋糕，前者Cheese 味濃，夠滑，後者有點似邦尼蛋糕，朱古力味較重，與Cheese Cake 是兩款不同的口感。
免費有得試食固然抵...
就算俾錢都好似只是$988 for 2...
還要有Crystal Glass 送...
的確不錯...
