I think it is always a good idea to work in a different environment. It will give you new prespectives and broaden your horizon. You will have a chance to work with people from more diverse background.
Also bear in mind the cost of living is much lower in Macau than in HK. So you should be better able to save money if you live and work in Macau. That is, provided that you don't need to: 1) travel back to HK often to visit bf/gf/family or 2) pay extra for additional residence in Macau.

如果為左多三兩千, 我諗唔係好值囉...(除非你係香港無人無物...)

勞工假跟政府公眾假有分別架. 勞工假=10日, 公眾假有成20日+. 一般公司就從公眾假中 choose, 有 d16日,有 d 18日, 有 d 跟足. 要問清楚.
仲有 12.5k 個 offer 唔算好好, 係香港都應該好容易找到
