  • 雖然佢開始無講有台客九點到係佢唔岩, 但兩個人坐兩個鐘...仲要有人客等...果間又唔係coffee shop, coffee shop就話會預你慢慢坐遮, 人地打開門做生意在商言商其實都好正常, 初初人地都好聲好氣架, 其實版主係唔係根本就諗住坐左三四個鐘所以慢慢食慢慢傾計呀? 雖然佢後尾真係好無禮貌, 但版主知人地趕住做第二輪生意都唔讓一步, 明知人地仲有人等台都要霸住張台都唔好得幾多, 我唔係話個老闆岩呀, 而係咁鬥氣有咩意思, 唔覺得好樣衰咩, 其實食完後去飲杯野都可以慢慢傾喇....

  • 雖然話就話幫手還台係人情唔還係道理, 但成件事就比人覺得版主係覺得顧客係大曬, 好明顯版主係諗住係間鋪hea幾個鐘, 雖然話兩個人兩個鐘食幾多野無一定準則, 但兩個人食六碟野食左兩個鐘仲有好多未食, 侍應都已經道歉並半個鐘前通知有客book左九點(佢唔係八點五十分先講九點要還台迫你十分鐘食曬wo)到半個鐘後再講門口有客人等緊, 版主都仲係"好多野未食"仲係慢慢坐難免令人覺得佢想玩野, 當然個老闆未免太有性格同唔怕得罪客, 但得罪都要講句, 如果開間鋪出黎, 個個客都似版主咁, 咪間間都執得? 成晚做得一轉客都唔止, 個爐開左成晚都要refill水/湯, side電/石油氣喇

    <br>雖然個老闆強行執曬d未食曬既野走, 但又有退返錢, 又唔係呃錢, 版主想消委會作出咩調查及跟進呢?



  • 我撐版主wo,就算個客係係杜磨,只要距晤係搞事搞破壞,鋪頭係無理由強行搶走人地d食物叫人走架wo。肯賠錢亦不是大嗮,如果個老闆一路搵操口閙你全家,然後話我比番錢你,過主啦!難道gum就ok嗎?當我係乞兒?況且,亦係當初個夥計無講明話要準時還枱。如果個客食極晤走,新客又到,鋪頭大可安排新客搭台,或者要求舊客換張細枱。我gum大個人都未聼過個客因爲食得耐(仲要係打邊爐)可以強行清枱要距走!無他,因為e+經濟好,食肆晤憂做,所以態度愈來愈差。試問d種情況係當年沙士之後會發生嗎?

  • 我就較為同情果兩個女仔喎!因為這個世界上始終有人食野快d有人食野慢d,有人食得多d有人食得少d,所以我相信樓主所講既"先別理會「兩個女仔2個鐘叫6碟野」是否合理, 因這很難劃一標準"是這個意思.再加上如果當桌面上還食淨半碟肥牛和半碟丸既時候,而自己又未食飽,實在很難相信有人會自動自覺去埋單,俾間鋪頭去做下一枱客,更遑論去考慮出面正在排隊的顧客.總言之我覺得果兩個女仔冇錯!最後我衷心講一句,廣告都有賣啦'今時今日咁既服務態度係唔得架!'



  • 大家多次強調顧客至上, 我想講, 晌顧客至上既大前提下, 除左係大家 expect 既, 老闆及侍應要加倍付出之外, 有冇諗過晌 serve 你呢個強調 "顧客至上" 既顧客既同時, 極有可能係 at the cost of other customers?

    <br>講一單朋友晌不久前既親身經歷, 話說有張 credit card 做 promotion, 憑某金額既簽賬單據可以到某壽司連鎖店換取壽司一盒, 當日係優惠期最後一天, 到場換取免費壽司既人極多, 朋友說相信要等半個鐘以上, 然後, 有一女子大聲叫嚷投訴, 話佢等果區區一盒壽司竟然要她等了10多20分鐘還未有, 又話明知最後一日會多人壽司店就應該一早預備定多d (明知最後一日多人佢自己又唔早一日去換喎), 最後, 經理出黎調停, 基於 "顧客至上", 最後經理好明顯係拎左其他人既壽司先俾呢位顧客, 我朋友目擊一切同經理理論, 最後經理又俾我朋友打尖, 呢d就係大家強調既 "顧客至上"?

    <br>版主話左會 "盡力" 9時離場, 夠鐘時又唔願走, 大家又有冇諗過晌出面等位既人呢? 佢地可能係8:45就到 (可能更早), 舖頭既人同佢地講左等到9點就可以了, 等位既人如果一早知9點冇位, 佢地一早就可能選擇唔等

  • 我真係試過被"邀請幫忙"早d埋單, 但因為店舖冇事先講, 我地一口拒絕, 仲應該係唔只一次, 結果有時係晌侍應再三道歉之後我地願意讓步早走, 有時可能係因其中一個朋友遲到, 佢剛坐低不久所以我地堅拒提早埋單



  • 我覺得無論個客坐幾耐, 做飲食服務業都冇可能趕個客走,極之量只能說服個客幫下手。除非個客影響到其他客人,例如講野大聱騷擾到其他食客之類。但為左做多一檯客趕人走係極之唔合理。
