Will definitely go for a jog tomorrow morning. Had a breakfast with family then will meet an ex-colleague tomorrow who came all the way from states for an assignment.

Work in bank before, but not now, very long hour if working in bank, sometime work until mid-night

I have deep regret to be in finance. The higher the level, the longer the hours.
